The Young and the Restless Tuesday, June 17 Recap: Diane Blocks Audra & Kyle’s Alone Time – Carter Reveals Dumas News

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Tuesday, June 17, reveals that Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will block Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) alone time before Carter (Vincent Stalba) reveals some Aristotle Dumas (Billy Flynn) news.

In France, Diane will wonder about the other passengers and will seem a little jealous when Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) knows Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has already been there because of her lingering perfume.

While Jack, Diane and Kyle are chatting, Audra will barge in and insist on joining them.

That’ll give Audra a chance to bicker with Kyle about their fragrance battle and share a toast with him as Kyle predicts her failure.

As for Jack, he’ll hope that Dumas’ party ends up being all about Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) downfall.

Meanwhile, Carter will give Nikki, Victor, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) some instructions.

There’ll be a maze nearby, so Carter will urge them to solve it so they can get to the lunch and itineraries waiting at the end.

Carter will also explain that Dumas will join his guests once all of them have arrived.

Nikki will complain since she’s not wearing the right shoes for a maze, but Sharon will think it’s fun and will have a good time bonding with Nick as they make their way to the center.

As for Victor and Nikki, they’ll stop for a break as they discuss Dumas. Nikki will realize Victor has some sort of plan, but he won’t offer any details yet.

Since Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) got a head start on the maze, they’ll be the first to solve it.

Sally will stop Billy from diving into the feast that’s been prepared for them and distract him with a make-out session around the corner.

Once Victor, Nikki, Sharon and Nick solve the maze next, Billy will push Victor’s buttons and doubt that he knows more than anyone else about Dumas.

Audra, Kyle, Diane and Jack will enter the maze as well, so that’ll lead to Audra wanting to go off on her own with Kyle.

Diane will shut down the idea and suggest it wouldn’t look right for Kyle to show up alone with Audra when they’re pushing this big rivalry.

The four of them will stick together and join the others around the lunch table soon after.

Unfortunately, Carter will have some disappointing updates since Dumas’ flight has been delayed.

After Carter says Mr. Dumas won’t be able to join them until tomorrow, he’ll refuse to offer any further information.

Nikki will insist this is what she was afraid of and will worry Dumas lured them all there for a big con.

Y&R viewers will continue to see the back of Dumas head as he spies on Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), who’ll board the train and enjoy the Champagne.

Dumas will observe other guests through his video monitor as well, so it’s clear that this is all part of his masterplan.
