The Canucks are still in the middle of everything. Looking to add speed and skill to their top six, Patrik Allvin has been all over the Hurricanes, who placed Martin Necas on the trade block.

The Hurricanes' first-round Draft Selection in 2017 seemingly asked for an opportunity for a more prominent role within his team.
