Unveiling the Truth Behind What Transpired "When Cameras Went Down" in the Relationship of West Wilson & Ciara Miller: Allegations Surface as Ciara Accuses West of Pursuing Her for "Clout"

At long last, we know what happened between West Wilson and Ciara Miller after Summer House Season 8 wrapped filming. During Part 1 of the Summer House Season 8 reunion, which aired June 6, West and Ciara announced that they're no longer together — and the ending wasn't entirely happy.

It started out that way, though. "We went to his parents' house. We went and stayed with his brother in Chicago. We went to a wedding," Ciara explained, with West saying they were "basically" dating after cameras went down in September. That, and having sex, which they didn't do over the summer.

Ciara and West ultimately maintained their relationship throughout the entire fall, but in early December, they broke up.

Ciara Miller Said West Wilson Couldn't "Commit"

In December, the duo had a dinner that ended with tears for Ciara. "[You told me] that you can't commit because, basically, for show related reasons," she recalled to West.

As a result, "I stopped talking to you altogether," Ciara noted. "Because I think that's mean to take someone to your parents' house and want to sleep with them when you have no intention of doing anything."

West, however, explained that he thought it would be too difficult navigating the show when taking someone else's feelings into consideration — especially as a new cast member. More specifically, he noted that he didn't want to be "some f-cking dude who came onto the show and is just Ciara's puppet the whole time."

Ciara also said she "definitely felt like West was playing a game" with her.

"Not that I think I carry so much clout, but it was definitely a little easier for you to latch onto someone as opposed to being out there on your own and people questioning you about your dating life and stuff," she said, adding that she thought West was being insincere "to a point."

"It's a little offensive to question my sincerity," West rebutted. "I think our relationship was what it was. I had feelings, you had feelings. Like, that wasn't fake."

You can hear more from West and Ciara during Part 2 of the Summer House Season 8 reunion, which will air on Thursday, June 13. Episodes stream the next day on Peacock.
