Lala Kent has just one regret from her time on Vanderpump Rules. And on Monday’s episode of her podcast, she shared it with her listeners.

VVanderpump Rules' Lala Kent on Her "Only" Show Regret, If She's Really Friends With Scheana Shay, and If There Are Parts of Her Life She Wishes Were Shown More

While also responding to a fan who wanted to know if she and Scheana Shay, 39, were real friends, or if they only hung out because of their daughters, three-year-olds Ocean and Summer Moon, Lala, 34, revealed if she’d like for other parts of her life to be shown more on the Bravo reality series and confirmed a season five regret.

“My only regret that I have filming this show was season five, walking up to that table talking about summer bodies,” Lala explained on the September 30 episode of Give Them Lala. “That was not me. I could tell in that moment, number one we’d be drinking. But we were also feeling very insecure.”

According to Lala, she went on a rampage after learning that season five would feature the reveal of her mystery boyfriend, Randall Emmett, 53, who was still married to now-ex-wife Ambyr Childers, 36, at the time.

“I knew the rumblings. I knew what the season was going to be about because we have a meeting with a producer before we start filming every single year. Every single year we walk in and we talk about it. This meeting, they called me out for the tattoo I have that is now covered by a lion. ‘What do those initials stand for?’ He said, ‘I’m gonna call it exactly what it is: We’ve been told you’re dating a married man,'” Lala recalled. “And it was like taking a f*cking bullet … It was just f*cking torture. I ran away that season — back to Utah.”

As Pump Rules fans will recall, Lala’s romance with Randall, the father of her daughter, overlapped with his marriage to Ambyr. And once her castmates found out, she was labeled as a “gold digger” and the “other woman,” which made her lash out.

“Going into the night one of filming where I drop the summer bodies, that was me going in and feeling like, I’ve gotta demolish and go so f*cking low, so bottom-feeder, bottom of the barrel, gutter, like I didn’t even recognize myself. I’m like, ‘We don’t talk like this.’ But I was feeling that insecure about what was going to be said,” she shared.

Lala also admitted that she regretted bringing Randall onto the show.

“Yes, because it reminds people that I went there. I’m like, ‘Wow did this happen?’ And it really doesn’t help when my mom goes, ‘Ugh! What were you thinking?’ And the touching. I was like, ‘Stop!’ I can’t even think about it.”

When a caller wanted to know if she and Scheana were really friends, Lala insisted they were, and she denied that their relationship hinges on the friendship between their children.

“Scheana is my actual homie. I don’t have my kid 100 percent of the time. Scheana’s mom came over to my house today. The moms are friends. Easton texts with Justice and Cortney, that’s the boyfriend and Cortney’s the sister. Ron. It’s a family dynamic. I talk to Scheana every single day,” she stated. “[And] if you say, ‘It seems like you guys are only friends because of the kids,’ that’s kind of my speed. Scheana knows that. Scheana knows I’m the daytime friend.”

Beyond that, Lala credited Scheana and her family for welcoming them into their home when she was going through hard times after her split from Randall.

“When my life had fallen apart and I was getting used to the dynamic of sharing my child on big holidays, like Christmas, and I would be sitting in that apartment waiting for my kid to come back, hoping that I could make the holiday feel like a f*cking holiday with me, my mom, and my daughter because I would have to get Ocean either the morning or at night time and Scheana says to me, ‘Why don’t you come to Palm Spring?’ Welcomed me and my family with open arms,” Lala revealed. “She’s the one person that made me feel like my favorite holiday, Christmas, felt like Christmas again, where I felt warm and excited. That b*tch will forever be my homie … They include my family for Thanksgiving, Halloween, Fourth of July, Christmas; they’re my family. [And] I will always have a soft spot in my heart for all of them and always handle the friendship with kid gloves cause it means a lot to me.”

Also during the episode, Lala admitted that there’s nothing she wants Bravo cameras to capture more of.

“I feel like I’m showing my life, and it’s very much real because the parts of my life that are more private aren’t shown. I’ve shown pretty much everything. I’ve had to confront my demons and say, like, ‘Wow, I actually did lie a lot about my life in season five. I actually have been lying about a lot of things that I didn’t really know I was lying about — that other people saw clear as day.’ I’ve had to go into the show, I’ve gotten sober on the show, I lost my dad on the show, I’ve had to sit there and basically defend how I could talk about being such a smart b*tch while also being such a dumb b*tch at the same time,” she noted. “[So] no, I can’t think of anything that I wish they would cover more of.”

Vanderpump Rules season 12 is expected to go into production sometime this fall.
