Throughout the season, Alexis has made insensitive comments about Shannon Beador, the ex-girlfriend of her fiancé John Janssen. At one point she seemingly threatened to expose a video of Shannon from the night of her DUI.

Recently, Alexis insinuated that production intentionally gave her a bad edit, and she claimed viewers aren’t seeing the truth in her RHOC “career.”

On Instagram, a fan reacted to Alexis’ suggestion that production is influencing her edit.

“Hilarious,” wrote the fan, via @therealhousewiveszone. “These people make a fortune on housewives (career🙄) and when they know they screwed up, start blaming producers.”

Vicki then responded in the comments.

“She didn’t make a fortune this season. She was casted as a ‘friend’ only!” wrote Vicki of Alexis. “If she thinks RHOC is a ‘career’, she has a rude awakening. I don’t think she’s ever had a career!! Maybe she should consider getting one because hopefully this is a 1 season appearance. CAREER. 😂”

On her new podcast, My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast, Vicki shared when she objected to a producer’s wishes.

According to Vicki, production asked that she stay longer at the engagement party of Jennifer Pedranti and Ryan Boyajian. But Vicki said that “it was freezing,” so she wished to leave.

“‘And this is about Jen and Ryan’s engagement.’ They’re like, ‘Well, it is. But it’s really about the season and what’s happened everywhere. So this is giving everybody a platform to talk about it,’” she added, via Reality Tea. “I said, ‘No, this is about Jen and Ryan.’”

Vicki claimed production asked her to confront Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge, and Katie Ginella.

The star she said responded to production saying, “‘Not going to do it. This is Jen and Ryan’s night.’ And he then said, ‘What about you confront Katie about talking about Heather?’ I said, ‘Not going to do it. Not my business.’ And he goes, ‘Damn. You’re not going to do anything?’ I said, ‘What I’m going to do is go home.’”

She then shaded how the cast – including herself – filmed a Traitors-style game with her enemy Teddi Mellencamp.

“This stuff of mimicking a game show and bringing Teddi on, you can see right through it. This is not the reality show,” she said. “This is not what I created as a reality show. The reality show that I created. Call it good or bad or ugly.”

But Vicki said she “would rather be on a little bit than not at all … I do have a voice. And I do have opinions. Unfortunately, they get muffled because of the chaos that’s happening.”
