First, Days of Our Lives reveal some bad timing. It seems Vivian returns, eager to claim what belongs to her. This is bad for Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), obviously. He and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) not only claimed a big victory in taking DiMera, but they’re getting a long great. Vivian’s presence (and her demands) are a huge threat to that. Judging by the look on Philip and Kate DiMera’s (Lauren Koslow) faces, they know it! She does have a tendency to complicate matters, and there are already enough threats to their forgery secret lately without Vivian lurking around the mansion.

For example, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) spilling all is still not completely off the table. He sure gave Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) an earful about this secret last time. Which will be why she has a hard time coping with her guilt. Alex’s tirade can and should make her re-think a lot of things.
For the record, we still don’t think Sarah was completely wrong to hide the forgery. Xander would likely do something he will have to pay for later, and Sarah and their daughter will pay by extension. But we also see Alex’s points and know there is no keeping this secret forever anyway.

In other Days of Our Lives spoilers, Rex opens up to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) about what has him worried. Which, of course, is the gun he found in Kate’s room. He knows EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) threatened him and his brothers. He also just got the news EJ was shot, so he’s not off-base to wonder if Kate did the deed.

Finally, it’s time for Sami and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to have a difficult conversation. This is obviously about how Johnny was conceived and why his mother would actually marry EJ after. We’re glad we got some fun Sami on Thursday, April 10. This is going to be a whole different vibe, which will lead to the tearful moment from the Days 60th anniversary promo. We do believe Sami will somehow manage to convince Johnny to give his father another chance, should he make it.
