MACON, Ga. — Patrons at the Society Garden in Ingleside Village might have been surprised to see Daryl from The Walking Dead hanging out in the venue's stadium seating last Saturday. But there's no need to worry — the zombies aren't here.
Actor Norman Reedus was sighted over the weekend at the outdoor concert venue and bar. A video of the sighting shows the actor lounging around during his visit and waving to fans.
Also present: Kim Coates, the Sons of Anarchy actor.
A camera person was filming the entire thing, the video shows, suggesting the visit was part of Reedus' AMC show, "Ride with Norman Reedus." The show features Reedus riding motorcycles oftentimes with notable guests. According to the show's description, the show hopes to showcase biking culture in the United States.
Among the guests featured in the show have been Johnny Knoxville, Dylan McDermott, Dave Chappelle and more.
Last weekend, the Society Garden was holding a Grilled Cheese Fest, promising on Facebook "Enough cheese to choke a grizzly." Based on the video circulating online, however, it is unclear whether Reedus himself got involved in the grilled cheese action.
To find out whether he did —and if he visited any other spots in town — the next show of Reedus' show will air on AMC. The exact release date has not been set.
