We had our first ever threesome on TV and it completely reinvigorated our relationship - Love Island has missed a trick by cutting out the romps, it's no wonder viewers are switching off

A married couple who had their first ever threesome on TV have admitted that it has totally changed their relationship for the better.

Jess, 35, and Mike, 37 - who started creating adult content in 2018 - appeared on the first series of Channel 4's racy show Open House: The Great Sex Experiment back in 2022.

The pair appeared on a show called Adults Only and mentioned the idea of a threesome to a showrunner, who then told them about the new raunchy programme and they promptly applied.

Despite having a 'wobble' while filming their encounter with Precious Muir, the two are stronger than ever and now bring other people into their relationship and take part in couple swaps.

Jess and Mike sat down with MailOnline in an exclusive chat and told us of their sex life: 'We both know what we're going into.

'If one of us was to cheat, it's a completely different dynamic than a couple swap.

'We’re there for the fun of it. We come out and we’re buzzing, we are like "that was so good".'

Mike added: 'We come out of a couple swap now and it gives you a new wave of honeymoon period.

'You get this new wave of emotion and love for your partner, not the people you’ve just shagged.'

Jess said: 'You want to have sex with each other more. It’s so weird.

'Until you're doing it and it has taken us a while to get completely comfortable with it.'

Open House: The Great Sex Experiment hit our screens back in 2022, and a third series is due to hit our screens very soon.

The programme shows various sex scenes throughout - unlike a number of other reality shows.

Shows like Love Island don't show the cast getting down and dirty in the bedroom anymore - and the couple think it's a shame

Love Island, which returned to ITV in 2015, used to mention and show islanders getting down and dirty in the earlier series - but now such matters are kept very quiet.

Meanwhile other shows like Netflix's Too Hot To Handle and Temptation Island are a little more frisky.

Jess said: 'It's a shame really. I feel it’s normal. Especially on Love Island. They are all normal scenarios.

'I’d rather just see the reality of it, I suppose.'

Mike chimed in: 'Annoyingly, I understand why it’s wiped. I get it. I do understand it.

'It’s a shame we go through those, we now have to jump through those hoops.

'Everything has to be so above board.'

But Jess pointed out: 'But I think they like having that show on the 9pm slot, don’t they... Anything past 10pm, I'm going to be in bed.

'I'm not watching Love Island then. Let's be honest. For their sake, they sort of have to go with the safety of it, just purely to get views.

'Let's be honest... Telly isn’t where it was.

'Shows that are on Netflix, you can watch where you want.

'Realistically Love Island should go on Netflix and they should bring back sex and vaping!'

The married couple, who share two kids, started creating adult content and uploading it to Porn Hub.

Before creating adult content Mike was a DJ, Jess worked in hair and make-up, so during the summer time they got booked up very quickly.

The two felt as if they had no time for anything else, and were looking for ways to make more money, so that they didn't have to take every job that came their way.

So they took the plunge and started uploading videos to PornHub, which then followed on to webcamming in 2019.

way, Mike and Jess aren't bothered by them at all.

Mike told us: 'They're not they're not paying our bills, they're not having to live our lives, so it's like it doesn't matter what they think really.

'If they're gonna contribute to our bills and have a say in the way we live our life, then fair play, but you're not, so...'
