With filming for “Summer House” season 10 expected to begin around July 4, Bravo fans are eager to find out who’s returning to the Hamptons—and who’s bringing the drama. At the top of the list? West Wilson, who just hinted he may be headed back to the house for the show’s landmark season.
During a recent interview promoting his partnership with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Wilson sat down with co-star Lindsay Hubbard to reflect on where things stand—and where he might be heading.
West Wilson Says He’s in a Better Place Ahead of Season 10
“I’m heading into the month of June and July in a much better place,” Wilson, 30, told Us Weekly. “It’s nice. I feel carefree, which is lovely.”
Hubbard, 38, who confirmed her own return to “Summer House” season 10 after welcoming daughter Gemma in December, didn’t hesitate to stir the pot. “Are you going to go full-fledged West beast mode?” she asked.
Wilson laughed but didn’t deny the possibility.
“We’ll have to see,” he said. “Beast mode is always.”
Hubbard also asked if Wilson and fellow castmate Jesse Solomon plan to be single at the same time this summer, alluding to Solomon’s rollercoaster romance with Lexi Wood during season 9. Wilson replied, “That’s what he really wants to do. That’s what he said last summer, then he didn’t. I don’t know. You can’t make rules.”
As for the infamous “no couples in the summer house” rule, Wilson admitted it backfired last season—for both of them. “We’ll see,” he added. “Who knows with Jesse.”
Wilson Talks Keeping His Life Private on Camera
In a separate interview with People, Wilson opened up about why he kept his love life under wraps during season 9—especially after his tense split from Ciara Miller.
“I’ve tried [dating], and then had a couple of them become internet talking points,” he said, referencing a viral TikTok where he revealed a makeout with influencer Brianna LaPaglia. “It’s more exhausting than you’d think it is.”
He added, “I’m trying to just hide out… I actually felt really seen when I went on Watch What Happens Live and they did a poll asking, ‘Was West in the right for lying about his dating life?’ And like 95% said yes.”
While his friendship with Miller is slowly healing, Wilson says he’s still hesitant about bringing a new romance into the house. “Doing that in front of an ex, I feel like it’s hard for it to not be distasteful,” he admitted. “That’ll be a game-time decision, probably.”
Looking ahead to season 10, Wilson says his goal is to stay grounded. “I need to be better… to just enjoy my space without worrying about things outside of my control,” he said. “I was shy the first few weekends… but it was all probably in my head. So we’re good.”
