The Bold and the Beautiful recap for May 29 saw Liam thrilled by Hope’s news, Brooke trying again, and Will horrifying by Electra’s bravery.
What You Missed Today On Bold and the Beautiful
Electra (Laneya Grace) continued pushing Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) buttons…and Luna continued pushing back. Electra got right in her face and told her to back off Will and keep away from her man. Luna, as expected, mocked Electra and warned her that men like Will Spencer will want more than an innocent flirtation. Thankfully, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) showed up before things went too far and outright told Luna to back off before she does something else she’ll regret.
At the same time, Will (Crew Morrow) was in the design room with his mom. He told Katie (Heather Tom) about all the drama with Lusty Luna. Katie was horrified to hear a killer has set her sights on Will…and that the situation is also putting Electra in danger. Will was very much worried about the same thing. He didn’t want his girlfriend caught in the crossfire. All he could do was hope she steers clear of Luna – which, of course, she wasn’t. Not at all.
Will soon learned all about the confrontation when Electra got back to the office. He was horrified Electra got in the murderer’s face but even more so when he heard Luna threatened her. At the same time, Sheila warned her granddaughter to clean up her act. Enough was enough. She even wondered if Luna was trying to ruin her second chance. She even advised Luna to get out of town. It’s time for her to leave Los Angeles.
Hope for the Future
Across the hall, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) urged Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to help her plan a party for Hope (Annika Noelle) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). When Ridge was reluctant, Brooke was not pleased. Ridge admitted he was wary of their romance, especially after what went down with the coup. Brooke didn’t like that and urged Ridge to let that all go and put it behind them all. It was time to focus on the future.
Speaking of the future, Brooke wanted to talk about theirs, too. It doesn’t matter how many times Ridge says no, she’ll always fight for their love. As far as she’s concerned, they are truly meant-to-be and nothing – and no one – can change that. Won’t be give her another chance? They owe it to themselves, she said. Well, that’s not Ridge’s take. He’s happy right where he is, with Taylor (Rebecca Budig). He did hold her hand, though because this is Ridge and he can never truly help himself.
Meanwhile, Hope was at the cliff house breaking the good news to Liam. He’s getting his dying wish – not only has she moved on and is back with Carter but they’re getting married! Liam was stunned – and thrilled when she showed off her huge rock. Hope thanked him for pushing her to chase love. He’s always known what’s best for her. This led them to once again reminisce about all their good days – and talk about Liam working to make everyone’s lives right before his ends far too early. Liam wanted to ensure all was well (or as well as it can be) before he leaves this world.
