Whitney Rose has always been open about her personal story on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. She’s shown us everything from her healing journey to the complicated dynamics with her family members. We’ve also gotten to see how she is as a mom of the house alongside Justin Rose. Remember when she dropped an entire birthday cake with lit candles on it? We’ll never forget.
It was heartbreaking for RHOSLC fans to hear recently that Whitney’s 14-year-old daughter Bobbie was admitted to the ICU for a few days. Bobbie apparently was experiencing severe asthma exacerbation and Whitney asked fans to keep her in their thoughts. Now that the situation has settled down, Whitney is providing fans with an update on Bobbie’s health.
Whitney Rose is grateful for Bobbie’s recovery
Whitney spoke to People to give an update on her daughter, whom she referred to as a “fighter,” after the unfortunate situation. “That health scare with Bobbie was one of the most terrifying, hardest things I’ve gone through as a mom with my kids so far,” Whitney explained. We can only imagine.
Then, Whitney explained a bit more about what it was like in the hospital with her kid. “It was really terrifying watching her fight for her life,” she added. “But she is a fighter and she is strong and healthy. She’s recovering and she’s doing so much better. She’s home.” It’s great to hear that Bobbie is on the come-up after a few days in the ICU.
Finally, Whitney added that the family had to change up some aspects of their lifestyle to make sure Bobbie’s asthma was never triggered that badly again. We’re so glad to hear that Bobbie is in good health and that the Rose family is now on its own healing journey.
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City continues on Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
