Why Phaedra Parks' RHOA Return Will Make You Flip the Frack Out

Frick and Frack are back in action.

Over a month after Phaedra Parks announced she is returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the reality star shared some peachy new insight into what fans can expect from the Bravo series' upcoming 16th season.

"It went absolutely awesome," Phaedra exclusively told E! News Sept. 17 backstage at Dancing with the Stars after her ballroom debut. "I felt like I was back at home." (For more interviews with the new DWTS cast, tune into E! News tonight, Sept. 18.)

Plus, Parks reunited with her iconic other half and BFF Porsha Williams, who also returned to the series after departing the show following season 13. And, yes, fans can expect the same hijinks from the dynamic duo lovingly nicknamed Frick and Frack.

As Phaedra teased, "When Frick and Frack is back, honey, it's gonna be some fun."

Joining them for the new season are returning stars Drew Sidora, Cynthia Bailey and Shamea Morton Mwangi, plus series newbies Brittany EadyKelli Ferrell and Angela Oakley.

"It's definitely going to be very spicy," Phaedra teased, "but it's going to be some fun too."

As for longtime stars Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore departing the show, Phaedra is happy about the series' new look.

"Sometimes when the shows have the same cast for so long, people are not being their true selves," The Traitors alum shared. "So, now, I think bringing back some new energy, it's gonna shake it up but in a good way. In a positive way."

But before fans see Phaedra's RHOA return, they can catch her compete on season 33 of DWTS, which premiered Sept. 17. As for how she's feeling after her first week of competition?

"I'm very excited," she told E!. "This is very physical, so it's all about movement. This is not the 'Electric Slide,' this is very detailed, very organized, very planned."
