Will Camilla's son Tom Parker Bowles dance on British 'Strictly Come Dancing'?

Queen Camilla's (77) son might soon be dancing on TV. Tom Parker Bowles (50) is reportedly in negotiations to join the next season of 'Strictly Come Dancing'. Camilla and her husband King Charles (76) are known to be big fans of the BBC show, which has a German counterpart in the successful RTL show 'Let's Dance'.

Tom Parker Bowles is known in his British homeland as a cookbook author and restaurant critic, and already has plenty of TV experience: he regularly appears on the cooking show 'MasterChef', among others. And the chances of him participating in 'Strictly Come Dancing' appear to be good: According to the newspaper 'The Mirror', producers are very keen to get him on board.

Will Camilla and Charles Soon Be Sitting in the TV Audience?

A source told the paper: 'MasterChef star Tom is at the top of the wish list.' His name was also in the running last year, but an agreement didn't materialize at that time. 'The bosses hope they'll have more luck this year.' The insider added: 'It would be a coup to sign someone with such strong royal connections. Maybe we'll see Camilla and Charles in the audience?'

According to British media reports, the Queen has previously joked that she would like to participate in 'Strictly Come Dancing' herself, as it's one of her favorite shows. Whether her son will now be participating will likely be revealed in the coming months. The new season is set to air in the fall.

Tom Parker Bowles is from Camilla's first marriage. The current Queen married Andrew Parker Bowles (85) in 1973. They had two children together: Tom and Laura (47). In 2005, Camilla then married the current King Charles. Tom Parker Bowles maintains a good relationship with the 76-year-old, who is not only his stepfather but also his godfather.
