Obrecht, Spinelli and James throw hatchets at the range, and James is a natural. Spinelli texts Lulu and asks her to meet him at the hatchet range as it’s important. As James chucks hatchets, Obrecht tells Spinelli how much the boy looks like Nathan. She knows she’s been gone too long and wonders why nobody told her how out-of-control Willow has become.
Spinelli says Willow is going through a challenging time, but Obrecht says she seems to be spiraling. Obrecht states that Willow is no weakling, and she is tapping into her unknown potential, and not necessarily for good.

Did Jason See Britt?
At the Metro Court pool, Rocco waits on Carly and Jason. Once alone, Jason tells his friend how Rocco asked him about Britt the other day, which might be why he thought he saw her. He tells her about seeing the woman who looked like Britt in Paris, but Carly says perhaps he just thought he saw her and was tired. She says Britt is dead, but Jason reminds her that so was he.
Carly asks why Rocco was asking about Britt, and Jason fills her in on the file drama and his learning that Britt gave birth to him after stealing Lulu and Dante’s embryo. Carly knows he had feelings for Britt, but his opinions differ from most people’s about the doctor. She can’t judge Britt, though, as she died saving Joss. Jason asks, “What if she didn’t?”
Meanwhile, Rocco finds Lulu hanging out by the pool, and he snaps at his mom for checking up on him, asking her to give him some space.
Lulu Gets Troubling News
Back at the range, Obrecht and James have departed, and Lulu arrives to meet Spinelli. He warns her about Obrecht returning to town, so she calls Dante and asks him to meet her at the range as it’s about Rocco.
Turner Suspects Sonny
At the station, Dante talks to Sonny in the interrogation room about Marco, but Sonny doesn’t want to have this conversation with his son. Dante just wants him to listen. He has two grandsons who admire him and want to be like him, so keep them in mind.
In the squad room, Turner asks Sidwell if he has a reason to think Marco met with foul play. Sidwell states all he can say is he has yet to receive confirmation that his son is safe.
Turner has Sonny brought out to face Sidwell, who says he believes his son has been abducted by someone who wants to coerce him into compliance. He can’t go into more details as it could be hazardous to his son’s health.
Marco’s Hero
Lucas bangs on a warehouse door before letting himself in with the key he was sent, and finds Marco passed out in a chair. Marco comes too, and he asks Lucas what took him so long. Lucas explains how he found him, and thanks to Sam’s teachings, he picks the lock on Marco’s handcuffs.
Marco stands up, but is weak, and falls into Lucas’ arms. He calls him his hero, and they kiss. Marco says they treated him okay until he tried to escape, but Lucas tells him not to make excuses for Sonny and Jason. He wants to have him checked out at the hospital, but Marco says there is something he must do first.
Marco Spins a Story
Back at the station, Dante gets Lulu’s call. Marco walks in and embraces his dad. Turner says they heard he may have been the victim of foul play and asks what happened given his appearance. Marco says it’s embarrassing, but he was on his way to his mother’s memorial. He pulled over for fresh air as he was emotional, got lost on a trail while taking a walk, and had no cell service.
Marco claims he wasn’t paying attention, fell into a ravine, and destroyed his phone in the fall. He finally found his way back to his car, which had a flat. He fell asleep in his car but eventually made his way back to Port Charles after changing the tire. He says he’ll be happy to sign a statement to all of this and walks out. Sidwell and Turner both look at Sonny, who shakes his head.
Lucas and Carly Have Drama
At the pool, Lucas appears and tells Carly and Jason that Marco is alive, and he needs Carly’s help as she owes him a favor.
Lucas and Carly leave, and Rocco tells Jason that he met with Obrecht and learned there is a lot more to Britt than he’s been told.
Carly lets Lucas into Marco’s room, and Lucas explains Marco told him to wait here for him. He says Marco was handcuffed to a chair and was beaten unconscious. If he had died, he would have made sure Jason and Sonny spent the rest of their lives in prison.
Carly warns him that Sidwell is a dangerous man, and Marco knows that and works for him. Therefore, the blame for what happened to Marco lies with Sidwell. Lucas says they both know who took Marco.
Carly doesn’t want to fight with him, but he just met Marco and is being naive. He thanks her for letting him into Marco’s room, but tells her never to defend Jason or Sonny to him again. Carly leaves him.
Nina Accuses Drew of What?
At Drew’s, Nina confronts him about Sasha leaving Port Charles with her baby, for good. Drew explains Willow didn’t tell him, but he assumes she left as Michael was trying to control her. Nina says that isn’t why, and Michael helped her leave town as someone was targeting Daisy.
Drew assumes this is someone sending Sonny a message, and Nina says that’s what some believe, but not her. What if it was someone who knows their way around the estate, how to avoid the cameras, and was someone who wants to terrify Michael and Sasha, someone like him?
Drew says he wants Willow to get her kids back, but he’d never torture a baby. He says this must be an enemy of Sonny’s, and reminds her that she gave an interview about how bad Sonny is. Nina says whoever did this to Daisy is still out there, and they are capable of torturing an infant. Nina storms out.
Spinelli shows up later to act as an intermediary for Maxie, who is still out of town. He says they both wish the best for him and Willow, but also Michael and the kids. He has wedding plans to discuss.
Back at the hatchet range, Dante arrives and can’t believe Lulu called him here and is throwing axes while his dad is being interrogated. Lulu says it’s just to keep her mind off the fact that Obrecht is in town. They discuss finding Rocco and telling him the truth about Obrecht, and that he must stay far away from her.
Lulu Causes a Scene
Back at the pool, Jason tells Rocco that he didn’t know Obrecht was in Port Charles. Rocco admits he emailed her, and she came to town to see him. Rocco relays what Obrecht told him, and he thinks Britt may have been a better person than his parents realize.
Suddenly, Obrecht appears, spots Rocco and Jason, and mumblesto herself, “Herr Morgan, we meet again.”
Obrecht approaches them and says she is happy to see Rocco again. She then tells Jason that for a man presumed dead, he looks good, and her Britta would be happy to see that. Obrecht asks Rocco to set her up with a lounge chair.
Carly returns and tells Jason that Lucas is upset with him and Sonny, and she doesn’t blame him. She spots Obrecht talking with Rocco and says, “This can’t be a coincidence.”
Dante and Lulu arrive and find Rocco speaking with Obrecht. Dante orders his son away from Obrecht, and Lulu demands she stay away from her son and never go near him again. Obrecht apologizes and says it’s a shame they can’t co-exist, especially since Rocco wouldn’t exist if not for her Britta. Obrecht walks out.
Marco meets Lucas back at his room, and Lucas examines him, tending to his bruises and ribs. Marco asks if he could please shower first, as he’s been dreaming about one for 24 hours. He runs off to the bathroom.
At the station, Turner says Sidwell must be happy to have his son home. He is, thanks Turner for her time, and departs. Sonny tells Turner that he’s glad that was settled, so he needs to head out. Turner stops him as she still needs answers.
Willow Stuns Portia
At the hospital, Willow assumes Portia is lying to her about Drew’s blackmailing her, and Portia is shocked and thinks that if this doesn’t faze her, then she doesn’t know who Willow is anymore. Portia says Michael has fought hard to heal from his burns, and Drew is trying to destroy his life by making him look like he’s abusing opioids. That’s how he’s going to get her children back for her. Willow says if that is what it takes, she’s on Drew’s side.
Portia reminds her they took an oath to help people. Willow says she can only think about her children right now, which she doesn’t have, thanks to Michael playing dirty. She says the only person who believes and supports her is Drew, so why should she fight fair if Michael didn’t?
Portia reminds her that Drew is blackmailing her, but Portia yells that Michael is blackmailing her to leave Drew or else she can’t see her kids. She trusts Drew, as he is the only one she trusts. She walks out.
Nina arrives later, having gotten Portia’s message. Portis says she just had a terrifying conversation with Willow, whom she doesn’t recognize anymore. The doctor asks, “What has Drew done to her?”
