The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, August 11 reveals Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will make another move on Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)
Also coming up, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will tell Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) her marriage may be over. Plus, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will be stunned by Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). And Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will deliver devastating news to Holden Novak (Nathan Owens).
Y&R spoilers tease Daniel will play a song he wrote for Tessa. She’ll tell him it’s the best surprise ever. “I couldn’t have done it without you,” he’ll say and Tessa will embrace him. Talk will turn to Mariah and Tessa will say her wife still won’t tell her anything.
“She won’t talk about what happened but something clearly did.” Daniel will say she shouldn’t scare herself into giving up on her partner. “I think I have to accept the possibility that our marriage can’t be saved,” Tessa will reply. “This might be the end for me and Mariah.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sharon Wants Mariah To Open Up To Her
Speaking of Mariah, Sharon will say she wishes she’d been home for her daughter. But Mariah will say she’s fine. Sharon will know that’s not true. “What happened that was so terrible that you felt you had to leave your wife and child?”
However, Mariah won’t want to talk about it. She’ll say she’s seeing a therapist and needs to work on herself alone. “I need to change, I have to reinvent myself.” But Sharon will say there’s nothing that could have happened that would make that necessary. Then Mariah will warn her to leave this alone, or she’ll have to distance herself from her too.
At Society, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will embrace Audra and tell her all the arrangements were made for Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) funeral. Nate will ask if Audra’s all right and if something else is going on. So, she’ll lie and say she’s decided not to move forward with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) on Vibrante.
“What did Victor do to you this time?” Nate will ask. Audra will say they should table it until later. Instead, they should focus on remembering Damian. Then Lily will come along and tell Nate that Victor warned Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) is coming after all the companies in town. He even suggested she reach out to Cane and she’s going to do it.
Lily will end up waiting for her ex in his suite. She’ll hear someone at the door and think it’s Cane. But it’ll be Holden. “Are you here to see Cane?” she’ll ask. “Who’s Cane?” Holden will ask. He’ll say there to see Dumas. She’ll tell him Dumas is Cane Ashby, her ex-husband.
Holden will say the text he received from Dumas said he was impressed with him and wanted to meet. He’ll add maybe Cane realized he was more valuable to the company than Damian. “Well that’s cold,” she’ll reply. “Why?” he’ll ask. “My supposed friend sold me out.” But Lily will say Damian is dead, he was murdered. “And nobody told me?” a shocked Holden will reply.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Victoria Asks Claire If She Doubts Kyle
At the Abbott estate, Kyle will tell Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that Audra implied to Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) that the two of them slept together. “How’s Claire?” Jack will reply. “I hope she’s not falling for Audra’s lies.” Jack will ask if Kyle told Claire everything. He’ll say he’s been honest, but she doesn’t need to know the details.
As for Claire, she’ll tell Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) about Audra and Victor’s deal. “This is how much he hates my love for Kyle,” she’ll add. “Grandpa was so desperate to break us up, he was willing to break my heart.”
She’ll tell her mom Audra implied something happened between her and Kyle in France. “He denied it.” So, Victoria will ask if she believes him and she won’t respond. “Claire, do you doubt Kyle?” she’ll ask her daughter.
Claire will say she doesn’t want to but Audra makes him go dark. “I have never liked the dynamic between them.” And when Audra said Kyle was lying to her, it made her question his loyalty. But eventually, Victoria will talk her into trusting Kyle.
Finally, back at Society, Nate will leave and Kyle will walk in and confront Audra. “How dare you try to make Claire think something happened between us,” he’ll say. But Audra will tell him something did happen. “You can’t beat me, back off now!” he’ll reply. “I promise you, you have met your match in me.”
However, Audra will remind him they were alone in his room and he kissed her. “Things could have easily gone further,” she’ll add. “It wasn’t easy for you to stop yourself, was it?” Audra will tell him he’s weak and he can’t resist her forever. Then she’ll grab him by the lapels and kiss him, and he’ll kiss her back, just as a shocked Claire walks in.
