Getting engaged suits Danny (Michael Damian) and Christine (Lauralee Bell). They’re laughing in each other’s arms. And they’re spending time with family and friends, namely, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) and Lauren (Tracey Bregman). Daniel and Christine look really close. Hopefully, Phyllis doesn’t spy them from afar. After all, Daniel and Phyllis’s (Michelle Stafford) latest interactions have been a bit rocky.

Although Christine and Lauren’s conversation looks a bit intense, this sharing of a meal could be about something joyful. Danny and Christine are preparing to get married. Danny probably asks Daniel to be his best man. According to teasers, Cricket asks Lauren for a favor, so maybe she asks her former rival to be her matron of honor. The two have come such a long way over the years
Lily (Christel Khalil) has made it her mission to use her history and her connection with Cane (Billy Flynn) to figure out what his agenda in Genoa City is. And to do that, she visits him at home, which is his newly arrived personal train. Will Lily make any inroads with her ex-husband? He’s clearly pining for her, but he’s also a smart man. He won’t be easily fooled, right
Finally, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) are presumably talking about Victor’s latest plan to stop Cane in his (train) tracks. They could also be chatting about how Victor (Eric Braeden) is simultaneously trying to end Cane’s reign, to break up Claire (Hayley Erin) and Kyle (Michael Mealor), and to bring down the Abbotts. There’s a lot for the mother and son to discuss.
