Cameran and Jason officially tied the knot on April 12, 2014, in a gorgeous bucolic wedding that included several cast members of Southern Charm.

Cameran and Jason's love story began with a blind date about three years before they married. The chemistry between them was immediate, and by their second date, Cameran knew she would marry him.
In her 2021 book, One Day You’ll Thank Me, she recalled, “It was on that date (a Prince concert) that I knew I was going to marry this man.” She added that Jason let his guard down, showing his humorous side, which deepened their connection. "The chemistry started kicking in," she wrote, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Although Cameran was in a relationship with Jason when Southern Charm Season 1 premiered, she never filmed with him until the Season 6 finale. In a 2017 interview with The Daily Dish, she explained Jason's choice to stay off-camera.
“He has zero desire to be on TV. I always joke that he is just a normal person and most normal people don’t want to be in the spotlight,” Cameran said. “Does this mean I am calling myself crazy? Absolutely. We all have a bit of an ego. Jason doesn’t have one, which is part of the reason I love him so much. He’s the yin to my yang.”
