The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, May 19 prove that Billy has gone Aristotle Dumas crazy, as now he presses Amanda to tell him what she knows.

The last time Amanda (Mishael Morgan) left Genoa City, she probably never wanted to go back again. She’d had enough of Devon (Bryton James) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) and their self-righteous craziness.
So for her to return, there has to be a really good reason. Billy (Jason Thompson), naturally, assumes it’s all about him. Since Billy is obsessed with Aristotle Dumas, he assumes everyone in the world is obsessed with Aristotle Dumas. (You know, the same way toddlers can’t see outside of themselves.) Which means Billy has questions for Amanda. Amanda is a lawyer. Amanda is smart. Billy is neither. This isn’t going to go well.
Everything is Coming Up Roses
Meanwhile, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is obsessed with Billy. Billy is obsessed with Aristotle Dumas. Ergo… Phyllis tried calling the man of the hour herself. And was shocked — shocked! — when his assistant blew Phyllis off. Like she was…like she was…like SHE WAS A REGULAR PERSON AND NOT PHYLLIS SUMMERS.
Obviously, he’d made a tragic mistake. Phyllis just needs access to Dumas so she can explain it to him slowly, and then, surely, he’ll understand why she is so important. In order to achieve this, Phyllis needs to call in a favor. Good thing everybody is dying to do Phyllis a favor!
Trust Fall
Lily (Christel Khalil) doesn’t trust Damian (Jermaine Reeves). Damian doesn’t trust Lily. She knows it. He knows it. Yet they both still feel a need to discuss it. Again.
Maybe if they keep repeating it, the situation will somehow magically change? Didn’t learn her lesson about trust during her marriage(s) to Cane?
