Young and the Restless Spoilers Preview August 8: Phyllis Pushes Buttons, Cane Pushes Back

For the Friday, August 8 episode of The Young and the Restless, spoilers photos show Phyllis stirring the pot and Adam and Chelsea hashing things out.

Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) make their way over to Crimson Lights for some coffee…and scheming? With Cane’s (Billy Flynn) return to Genoa City, we’re sure Adam is on edge. Now, he not only has to keep an eye on his hot-and-cold powerhouse father, but there’s a newly minted billionaire to compete with, too. Will poor Adam ever become Genoa City’s top dog?  

Speaking of Cane, we’ll find him holed up in his hotel room with Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). She’s desperate to be on his team and stay there. Red has burned many bridges over the years, but not this one. At least not yet, anyway. But, can she convince Cane to trust her? 

Later, we’ll see Phyllis make her way to Society, where she runs into Billy (Jason Thompson) and Jack (Peter Bergman). Phyllis can’t help but push a few buttons before leaving the brothers to share their own tense talk of their very own.
