Whitney Purvis is out of jail.
Two weeks after the 16 and Pregnant alum was arrested on suspicion of felony involuntary manslaughter in Floyd County, Georgia, she was released from police custody and returned home.
According to court records obtained by PEOPLE, on Monday, July 21, a judge ordered Purvis' bond, which was granted on July 17, to be modified. Per the order, Purvis, 33, was permitted to return to her house after 14 days in custody at the Floyd County Correctional Institution.
The rest of her bond conditions "shall remain in effect," per the order.
Her bond was previously set for $15,000 during a July 17 court hearing and included several requirements for Purvis.
The conditions of her bond included the MTV alum, 33, continuing treatment, not using drugs or alcohol, submitting monthly drug screenings, not directly or indirectly contacting the victim’s family, and adhering to a curfew from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., according to online records viewed by PEOPLE.

At the time, Public Information Officer Deputy Corey Bowers told PEOPLE that Purvis was "still in our facility," adding that "just because someone is granted a bond does not mean they will bond out."
Purvis was arrested on July 7 in connection with the death of 37-year-old John M. Harris.
She was charged with alleged distribution of a controlled substance and alleged use of a communication device to commit a felony involving controlled substances, along with the suspicion of felony involuntary manslaughter charges, according to police records.
Per the affidavit for arrest obtained by PEOPLE, Purvis allegedly “distributed a substance presented as ‘Tranq,’ commonly known as Xylazine and Fentanyl, to the victim, which directly contributed in the victim’s death due to a toxic overdose.”
The arrest came one month after she announced the death of her 16-year-old son Weston on Monday, June 2.
"This is so hard to write. My beautiful son, Weston has passed away. He was only 16 years old. Life is so cruel and unfair. I just dont understand. Oh my baby is gone and I don't know what to do with myself,” she wrote in a Facebook post announcing the news.
Following her arrest, she was reportedly placed on suicide watch while in custody.
On July 8, Purvis was listed as being held in the jail's medical cell block and was on suicide watch, TMZ reported at the time.
