Adrienne Maloof & Paul Nassif Share Rare Update on Son Gavin With Sweet Birthday Tributes

Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” couple Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Paul Nassif had a joyful reason to reunite this week—celebrating the 22nd birthday of their eldest son, Gavin Nassif. Both parents took to Instagram on June 19 to post touching tributes honoring their firstborn and reflecting on how quickly time has passed.

Touching Tributes

“We blinked and he grew up!” Maloof captioned a carousel of birthday images. One photo showed Gavin smiling behind a birthday cake adorned with green piping and fresh berries, while another included a throwback snapshot of mother and son. “Still feels like yesterday. Happy Birthday, my sweet Gavin.”

The former Botched star also shared a birthday message along with a recent family photo taken during a golf outing with Gavin and the couple’s younger sons, 19-year-old twins Collin and Christian.

“Happy Birthday to my oldest, [Gavin],” he wrote. “I marvel at how amazing of a big brother you’ve become to all of your siblings. You truly make me so proud to be your father. There’s nobody like you; your kindness and empathy make everybody who meets you feel welcome and safe… I love you more than you know. ⁃ Dad.”

Updates on College Life and Growing Families

Maloof shared more about Gavin’s current path during an appearance at the “It’s Up to Us” women’s health event in May, telling Us Weekly that Gavin is currently enrolled at San Diego State University and is interested in pursuing a career in the film industry.

“They’re all in college now, so I’m an empty nester,” Maloof said. “But they’re doing wonderful.”

Paul Nassif, however, is still in full parenting mode. After divorcing Adrienne in 2012, he remarried Brittany Pattakos. The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Paulina Anne Nassif, in October 2020. They recently expanded their family again with the birth of their son, Paul Michael Nassif Jr., in January 2025.

In a Father’s Day Instagram post on June 15, Paul reflected on being a dad of five. “Not only is fatherhood my most important job, but it’s my favorite,” he wrote. “I’m so incredibly blessed to be a father of five; it’s the honor of a lifetime.”

Despite the changes in their lives over the years, Adrienne and Paul have remained committed to co-parenting their children. Their joint celebration of Gavin’s birthday is a testament to their dedication to maintaining a loving and supportive family environment.
