Following the New York Rangers’ 4-2 series loss to the Florida Panthers, the Blueshirts were banged-up to say the least.

Here are all the players who were battling through injuries.

Adam Fox:

Throughout the majority of the playoffs, it was clear that Adam Fox was just not himself as he was not skating with the same speed we are all accustomed to seeing.

Fox revealed to the media he “re-aggravated” a knee injury from earlier on in the season during the first round against the Washington Capitals.

Mollie Walker of the New York Post reported that Fox sustained a mild MCL strain.

This injury occurred after taking a shot from Nick Jensen.

“It was the same knee as the hit before,” Fox said. “Just kind of re-aggravated it again. Like I said, I was able to play and just tried to play to the best of my abilities.”

Jacob Trouba:

The Rangers captain emphasized that it was a “kidney bean sized chunk” that came out of his ankle at the time the injury occurred.

“It wasn’t weight-bearing so he could walk but skating with tight turns didn’t feel good,” NHL.com’s Dan Rosen wrote via X. “He was limited at times by it, but he emphasized that it is not an excuse for anything.”

Trouba set the record straight that he was fully cleared to play for the playoffs.

Jimmy Vesey:

In Game 2 against the Panthers, Vesey took a hit from Ryan Lomberg and ultimately did not return to the game.

He was listed as week-to-week and did not play another game for the Rangers.

The 31-year-old forward had one goal, two assists and three points in 12 playoff games while averaging 11:11 minutes of ice time.

Ryan Lindgren:

After missing a couple of practices leading up to the Eastern Conference Final, the status of Ryan Lindgren was unknown.
