Britain's Got Talent beauty Amanda Holden has decided the heat was simply too much, so she walked out the door and stepped into the office without any trousers on

Amanda Holden told fans she left her trousers at home at the heat was too much.
The Britain's Got Talent judge, 54, has been wowing fans with her sizzling bikini displays this summer. Earlier this week, she stunned in a pink swimsuit from Melissa Odabash, just days after strutting her stuff by the pool in another pink number.
Although she didn't go as far as wearing a bikini in the office, Amanda admitted she couldn't cope with wearing trousers so decided to go to work without them. She told fans she was wearing "just the top half".
The mum-of-three looked fabulous in an oversized white collar shirt with a matching tie and cream blazer from The Frankie Shop. She elevated her frame with a pair of stiletto heels and glowed with a golden tan and a full face of makeup.

She took a fake phonecall and joked about her self-imposed trouser ban on Friday (June 20) in a clip posted on Instagram. She said: "Hello? Yes, happy Friday. No, I haven't forgotten her trousers. No.
"This gorgeous jacket and this beautiful shirt is from The Frankie Shop, and to be honest with you, it's so hot I just thought, 'I'm going to pair it with a heel and I'm going to walk out the door'. Have a lovely weekend, babes."

One cheeky moment saw Amanda throw her leg up on the desk in the Heart FM office and cover her undies with her hand. Fans loved Amanda's no-trousers display and swooned over her summery office outfit in the comments.
One wrote: "Who needs trousers when you have legs like this [laughing emoji]", and another gushed: "Stunning as ever Amanda [heart emoji]."

It comes after Amanda and her fellow BGT judge Alesha Dixon sparked Ofcom complaints for the gowns they wore during the final of the latest series. The ITV show got 96 complaints to the broadcasting watchdog and 72 related to their dresses.
Amanda joined the BGT judging panel back in 2007 and currently appears alongside head judge Simon Cowell, Alesha, and former Strictly judge Bruno Tonioli. She recently fronted the first series of her new Netflix show, Cheat: Unfinished Business, with MAFS UK star Paul Brunson.
Amanda has revealed she runs regularly and does yoga as well as the "Viking Method" to stay in shape. The Viking Method sees the TV star do squat thrusts, boxing, bunny hops, jumps and crawls.
She told The Times in 2023: "I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink.
"But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity."
