Amanda is a co-host on Heart Radio's nationwide Breakfast Show with Jamie Theakston

Amanda Holden has shared some exciting career news about the Heart breakfast show she hosts. She has been a co-host on Heart Radio's nationwide Breakfast Show with Jamie Theakston since June 3, 2019. They present the show Heart Breakfast every weekday morning from 6:30am until 10am.Since being launched in the West Midlands in 1994, Heart has become the UK’s biggest commercial radio station in the UK, reaching millions of people every week.
The Heart schedule is crammed full of presenters such as Pandora, Matt Wilkinson, JK & Kelly Brook, Dev Griffin, Mark Wright, Lindsey Russell, Katrina Ridley and Emma Bunton.On Instagram today, the Britain's Got Talent judge shared a photo of her and Jamie, with "Heart is the UK's biggest commercial radio brand" written across it. The radio station revealed it has a huge 13 million weekly listeners.Amanda captioned the career news: "Thanks to you for listening AGAIN!! We’re so grateful @thisisheart" and shared Queen's 'We Are The Champions' to celebrate the special moment.In May, Amanda announced Heart was officially the UK's official #1 radio brand. On air, she said: "Our Breakfast show has a record 4.3m listeners.
"So to all of you who are listening at this moment, we are so grateful that you bother to tune in." Jamie added that he would like to "thank every single one of you" personally.
Fans of the TV star and the radio station left supportive comments on Instagram. Sophie said: "Congratulations and the best radio station better than any station in London."
Dean commented: "Morning, well deserved beautiful" and Marie added "Love it! My mornings are brighter."
Amanda has been on our screen for decades and is regularly heard on the radio. Away from screens the TV star leads a quieter life, living in the village of Cobham in Surrey. Outside of BGT, people may remember Amanda in other roles including Wild at Heart, The Grimleys and Cutting It.
She has two children she shares with husband Chris Hughes. She married the record producer in 2008 after the two met in Los Angeles in 2003, but they only started dating a year later after reuniting during London Fashion Week in 2004. They had a Christmas-themed wedding due to the December date, and had imitation snow and ivy all around the church.
Amanda has Alexa, born 2006 and Hollie born 2012. They sadly lost their baby son, Theo, in February 2011, after he was stillborn at seven months.
