Colorado Avalanche forward Artturi Lehkonen has been named to Team Finland's roster for the upcoming Four Nations Face-Off Tournament.
Lehkonen is the second Avalanche forward to play for Finland, joining Mikko Rantanen, who was named as one of the initial six rostered players before the NHL Draft.
Lehkonen has five goals and five assists in 14 games this season. Since being acquired in 2022, the Finnish winger has slotted nicely on the wing with Nathan McKinnon and Rantanen. He's an elite penalty killer, which will be extremely valuable for a tournament that features the NHL's best offensive players.
The tournament will be held from Feb. 12 to Feb. 20. The Four Nations will replace the NHL All-Star Game.
