B&B SHOCKER: From Sweetheart to Psycho — What Drove Luna Off the Deep End?!

Bold and the Beautiful What Happened to LunaLuna had a bright future on B&B, until she threw it all away.

Luna seemed like a sweet girl with a bright future. When she first joined The Bold and the Beautiful, she had her eye on a fashion career and a Forrester man. Now, she’s gunning down anyone who steps on her path. What made Luna spiral?

Bright Future

Luna (Lisa Yamada) was hired to work as an intern for Forrester Creations. She was so sweet and innocent that you wouldn’t suspect her of murder. Luna had her eye on the Forrester Prize. She romanced RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman). The two seemed in love until we saw the real side of Luna.

She got the ick from RJ. Luna didn’t like being with a boy. She wanted a man like Zende (Delon De Metz). Luna became hungrier for the hot Spencer men, like Bill (Don Diamont) and Will (Crew Morrow).

We learned about her family history. Luna had no idea who her father was. She assumed that man was Bill. She was determined to make it happen. The wolf in sheep’s clothing swapped out the paternity test results. She even murdered two innocent men: Hollis (Hollis Chambers) and Tom (Howard Clint), the latter of whom she assumed was her biological father.

Descent Into Delusion

As B&B fans quickly learned, Luna was not who she seemed. She fooled everybody, including the Foresters. We wonder what made Luna go to the dark side. Was she always like this? Or was this a long descent into madness?

Every time she spirals, it has something to do with not having a stable father figure in her life. We’ve seen that happen with Bill. Luna was convinced that he was her father. She tried to make it happen so she could have the lavish lifestyle. She killed two men who, in her eyes, would prevent that from happening.

Now, she’s spiraling again… All because she can’t have a relationship with her actual bio daddy, Finn (Tanner Novlan). Once again, Luna sees another person in her path. This time, it’s Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) who doesn’t want her around her family. All this daddy drama has made Luna devious and dangerous. Who knows whom she’ll strike next?
