Carter will think that Hope would rather be with Liam instead of him. The COO might even think that everyone was right about Hope using and stringing him along.
Daphne Rose’s Win
That heartbreak could have Carter turning to the ever-so-desperate Daphne. Carter probably doesn’t bother confronting Hope. After hearing her, a heartbroken Carter probably returns to his office, where Daphne will be waiting to heal his broken heart.
