Kelsey Anderson Reveals Her Workout Routine
The first thing Bachelor Nation viewers noticed about Kelsey Anderson was her beautiful curly hair. Fans compared her to movie star Julia Roberts. The second thing fans noticed was her banging body. Of course, Joey Graziadei looked beyond the outside and fell in love with Kelsey for who she was.
The couple got engaged during the Season 28 Bachelor finale. But they aren’t rushing down the aisle. They just started planning their wedding by narrowing down location options.
How does Kelsey Anderson stay so fit? She recently chatted with Page Six ahead of her collaboration with clothing brand Cupshe. She opened up about how she keeps her body bikini-ready, especially after relocating to California. Kelsey moved to Los Angeles last summer when Joey competed on Season 33 of Dancing With The Stars. The Bachelor star spilled to Page Six that her go-to workout is cross-training and weight-training with the help of “hard rap music.” Her fiance often joins her during workouts. They run or do Pilates together.
“Joey’s been into Pilates. He’s my little Pilates princess currently,” Kelsey said. She added, “He definitely pushes me. And I think that I push him depending on the workout.”
Bachelor Star Flaunts Stretch Marks In Bikini
Kelsey Anderson took to Instagram to show off her bikini body for her Cupshe x Kelsey Anderson: Summer Postcards Collection of swimwear. She posed in different types of swimsuits, including bikinis and one-piece suits.
The first photo in the slide was an attention-grabbing black bikini with white flowers on it. The reality star was posed in a way that showed off her ample backside.
Her social media followers had a lot to say about the stunning photo. One fan dropped unexpected praise for Kelsey Anderson’s stretch marks. They wrote, “Thank you for not filtering out your stretch marks and showing that they are normal and beautiful!”
Another follower responded to the comment with anger. “What stretch marks???? Did you really just say that?” they asked. However, Kelsey Anderson wasn’t offended by the mention of stretch marks at all. In fact, she purposely left them in the photo.
“I made sure that my body wasn’t edited 💗 this one’s for the girls,” the Bachelor fan-favorite replied.

Kelsey Anderson wasn’t bothered by the fan mentioning her (nearly invisible) stretch marks, but some fans of the show were offended by her claiming, “This one’s for the girls.”
Bachelor Nation fans took to another social media site to point out that the swimwear line doesn’t include plus sizes. “I assumed this meant that her swimwear collaboration had plus size options. Bummed to discover that it doesn’t,” one fan wrote.
