McDermott unveiled the “Bills Legends Alliance,” a historic program that will bring back the greatest players in Buffalo history to mentor and energize the current roster — both young talents and veteran leaders — ahead of the 2025 NFL season.
🗣️ “We’ve built a strong culture, but it’s time to connect that culture with our roots — the legends who bled red, white, and blue before us,” McDermott said.
The initiative is set to feature appearances from Bills icons like Jim Kelly, Bruce Smith, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Kyle Williams, Fred Jackson, and Eric Moulds, who will take part in training camp visits, film sessions, leadership roundtables, and sideline presence throughout the season.
