Heart Radio host and Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden says the pain is "even worse" than when she broke her leg back in 2019

Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden is suffering from a nasty foot injury after an eventful weekend.

The 54-year-old opened up about her health upon returning to her Heart Radio presenting duties on Monday, which sparked sympathy from her co-star Jamie Theakston.Speaking on air, Amanda explained that the injury happened when she tripped over while wearing "massive heels" with trousers that were too long.Sharing what happened this time, she said: "Remember when Naomi Campbell fell over on the catwalk? Well that happened to me, but I've ripped.... it's the leg that I broke.

"You know when I first joined Heart and I managed to break my leg? It's that leg and I have got nan foot.

"So, all weekend I've had a blue foot and I've been in my slippers, so I'm trying to [go for] either an MRI or an X-ray."

Amanda went on to say she doesn't believe it's broken again as she can still bear weight on it, however believes she has torn some tendons.

"I think I've torn all the tendons in it which is even worse than breaking it," she continued.

"It's blue and it's swollen, it looks like it's got...I call it granny foot, so I couldn't run up the corridor like I normally do."

In response, Jamie advised her to take it easy in the studio and kindly offered to make the tea.

Amanda's weekend plans included a reunion with her former Britain's Got Talent colleague Piers Morgan at a dinner party she hosted at her home.

Piers posted a photo on Instagram of the pair sharing a hug in Amanda's impressive hallway alongside the caption: "Such fun to be reunited with my fabulous former @bgt buddy Amanda at her beautiful new home last night... great guests, superb food/wine, and endless hilarity punctuated by her famous cackles. The perfect dinner party. Thanks Mandy."

Also joining the intimate gathering was Alan Carr, Amanda's co-star on the BBC series Amanda and Alan's Italian Job.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Amanda posted a snapshot of the duo sitting at her bar while smiling to the camera.

She captioned the picture: "What a wonderful weekend."
