Bruins Superstar Can't Stop Scoring Goals

The Boston Bruins finally broke their six-game losing streak in their last contest against the Florida Panthers. They defeated the reigning Stanley Cup champions in overtime by a 4-3 final score, and David Pastrnak was a significant reason for it.

Pastrnak scored two goals, including the overtime winner, and recorded an assist. After this excellent performance, the 2014 first-round pick has 19 goals and 45 points in 45 games this season.

Pastrnak scored less often than usual for much of this campaign, but he is starting to break through in a big way in that department as of late. The 28-year-old winger has an impressive six goals over his last five games and looks more like the dominant sniper he has been throughout his career.

If the Bruins hope to turn their season around, they will need Pastrnak to keep scoring at a high rate. He undoubtedly has the potential to, as he notably had 108 goals in 164 games over his two previous seasons.

We must now wait and see how Pastrnak builds on his hot streak from here.
