Bryce Young's dad is asked which WR he wants the Panthers to draft

Nice try, Carolina Panthers. But Craig Young isn't falling for that one again.

With the 2025 NFL draft about a month away and the Panthers still needing some help at the receiver spot, the Carolina faithful are trying to figure out which pass-catching prospect would be best for their team.

Could it be the 2024 consensus All-American and University of Arizona star Tetairoa McMillan?

Panthers star Jaycee Horn shares what's different about Bryce Young

How about the University of Missouri's Luther Burden III, who was considered the top player at the position entering the campaign?

Or maybe University of Texas speedster Matthew Golden has emerged as a real possibility in the first round.

Well, since it worked out nicely last year, a Panthers fan (Ben Tucker of the Keep Purring Podcast) brought quarterback Bryce Young's father into the conversation. Mr. Young, however, would (respectfully) refuse to bite . . .

In case you missed it last offseason, here's the "time" Young is referring to . . .

The Panthers, of course, ended up selecting Xavier Legette in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft—just a few weeks after Craig made his preference known.

So maybe, just maybe, he's a pretty decent source. (Legette himself, by the way, seemed to be a solid source as well.)

But if fans were hoping to find a little insight, they'll have to start looking elsewhere.
