The Neighborhood' Crosses Over With 'The Talk' for Milestone 100th Episode

“Wendy is one of those women and my homegirl since she joined the show. So we talk, we catch up. I had not seen her in some months since I had Jett. This was kind of our moment to sit back and catch up and gossip and talk about all the girls,” she said.

As for “RHOP,” she revealed, “I don’t know what the future holds … there’s so many opportunities for me on the table right now, so I’m literally kind of sorting through what’s going to be the most beneficial for my career.”

Bassett added, “My time is now so much more precious because I have a brand new baby, and Jett is literally my entire world … Everything that I do, he has to somehow fit into it.”

While she didn’t say if fans could expect to see her next season, she said, “It’s not to say never. I’m not sure right now.”

Dillard Bassett Is Focusing On Her Music Career

On March 4, Dillard Bassett announced the release of her new single, “How Do You Live?” She told fans, “This one is personal, it’s a mood, and it’s a moment. Let it wash over you, sit with it, and tell me… how do YOU live?”

In a January 3 Instagram reel, she shared that being a singer has been a lifelong dream and said, “For me, this has been a journey that has been in the works since at least five [years old].”

Dillard Bassett continued, “So to get the respect of people in the industry, my peers, people in my chapter, and beyond has been surreal and amazing. I know all artists say this, but I’m really excited about this new project.”

The “RHOP” star announced on January 15 that she had been signed with the music distribution label UnitedMasters. “Thank you for believing in me and the vision. This is the start of something major, and we’ve got some serious milestones to hit together!!!” she wrote.

Dillard Basett Is Embracing Motherhood

Dillard Bassett welcomed her son Jett with her husband Chris Bassett on October 3, 2024, and told People a month after giving birth, “Chris and I couldn’t be happier. It’s so cliché to say, but he’s brought such joy to our lives in ways I never would have been able to describe before. It’s pure love!”

She added, “Throughout my pregnancy, when I would talk to him in my stomach, I would say, ‘I can’t wait to see who you’re going to be.’ And that’s been the joy in my heart that’s continued after his birth. It’s exciting to think about. I’m so ready for a lifetime of being on the sidelines, cheering him on.”

In December 2024, the former reality star stated on Fox 5’s “Motivation With Marissa” that being a mom still felt “surreal.”

“He’s seven weeks and four days today, and I will still wake up and say, ‘Oh my God, there’s a baby here, or, oh my gosh, I can’t believe I’m a mom,'” Dillard Bassett said.
