Carl Radke Gives Dating Update After Lindsay Hubbard Split: ‘Being a Very Public Person…’

It’s the middle of winter, which means it’s almost time for us to escape into another hot season of Summer House.

Summer House's Carl Radke & Lindsay Hubbard Leave Guests With Wedding Costs After Breakup

This season will be interesting considering the last season ended with Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke calling off their engagement. Now, Lindsay is in a new relationship with another man and just gave birth to her first child. Time flies when you’re having fun, and we all know that summer should be fun.

Carl has been quiet about his affairs since the split. However, he recently hopped on the “Two Jersey Js” podcast with Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Jenn Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider to spill some tea about his dating life in 2025.

Carl Radke is putting himself out there

Even though Carl revealed that he’s still single, he’s back in the dating pool in New York City. “I’ve been going on some dates, putting myself back out there, which you’ll see on the new season,” he said.  “It took me some time to kind of get back to my own, getting my confidence level back…it took me some time to heal.” Again, how will this dynamic play out with a pregnant Lindsay as his summer roomie? We can’t wait to find out.

Carl then delved deep into what he’s looking for in a partner and admitted that dating isn’t easy as a reality TV star. “Being a very public person, it presents a layer of challenge sometimes with meeting and dating,” he said. “So I’ve had some things where people maybe have ulterior motives, or someone I’m interested in just doesn’t want anything to do with this. So it can be either way.”

Regardless, he’d like a partner who has a healthy relationship with alcohol, but they don’t necessarily have to be sober like him. Physically, he prefers brunettes with light eyes. As far as an emotional connection, he wants someone intelligent, goofy, and likes to be social. Carl added that he’s not on the dating apps, but this podcast interview basically sounded like an audio version of a dating profile. That said, good luck to Carl in his dating endeavors.

Summer House Season 9 premiers at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12 on Bravo.
