Cаrolіnа Pаntһerѕ Fіnd Exploѕіve Plаymаker In Mel Kіper'ѕ Fіnаl NFL Mock Drаft

The Carolina Panthers had an up-and-down 2024 campaign, which ended with a lot of promise surrounding their future.

After the benching, and re-emergence of Bryce Young, the Panthers ended the season 2-1 with wins over the Falcons and Cardinals.

Young has gotten his confidence back, and now looks into year three with a new light as the Panthers are in the hunt to make it back to the playoffs.

He will need another young weapon that can make plays, and ESPN's Mel Kiper does exactly that with his final NFL mock draft.

With the 57th pick, the Panthers select Texas Longhorns wide receiver Isaiah Bond.

The value for Bond at 57 is incredible, and makes sense for this Panthers team whose top receiver in Adam Thielen is turning 35 this year.

Bond would join Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker as a potential upcoming receiving trio in the NFL, and he would come as a semi-familiar face for Bryce Young.

In 2022, while Bond was at Alabama, he caught 13 passes as well as one for a touchdown from Young, and could build on that greatly at the next level.

In this mock draft, Bond would join first round pick Jalon Walker from Georgia as the Panthers' first two selections, two great steps for a hungry franchise.

For Texas, he becomes the fourth longhorn drafted, with Jahdae Barron, Matthew Golden, and Kelvin Banks Jr. going in the first round.

The NFL Draft is almost here, starting April 24th in Green Bay, and it will be exciting to see where the Longhorns playmakers end up.
