The Cleveland Browns extended their HC on Thursday
The Browns made a few major signings earlier in the week. On Thursday, they gave head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manager Andrew Bradberry extensions. They also signed safety Brady Breeze for the upcoming season.
The Browns released Jayden Peevy
Per a statement by the Browns Friday, the team released defensive tackle Jayden Peevy. The Cleveland Browns signed Peevy to a reserve/futures deal in January. The Tennessee Titans signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2022. The Texas A&M standout spent time with the Titans and Carolina Panthers last season.
Former Ohio State OL Wyatt Davis signed with the Browns
With Peevy’s spot open, the Browns announced they signed Wyatt Davis:
Davis (6-4, 315) is in his fourth NFL season out of Ohio State. Originally selected by Minnesota in the third round in 2021, Davis has appeared in nine career games with the Vikings (2021), Giants (2022), Saints (2022) and Cardinals (2022). He spent last season on injured reserve with the Giants. His grandfather is Pro Football Hall of Famer Willie Davis.
