RHONJ's Danielle Cabral just posted a photo with her dad in spite of their past strained relationship.
Since The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 wrapped, Danielle Cabral has shared a major life update: She's spending time with her estranged father.
On Season 14, Danielle opened up about how she had become estranged from her father, Phillip, after discussing her rocky relationship with her brother on RHONJ Season 13.
Now, Danielle and her dad have reunited in Greece together — along with her husband, Nate Cabral.
The Boujie Kidz owner shared a carousel of images from the trip on her Instagram feed on September 15. She posed alongside her dad in the second photo, and Nate and her father smiled while sitting together at dinner for another shot in the post.
"Welcome to Greece! Let the adventures begin," Danielle began in the caption of her post. "We had a beautiful dinner with my father. Imagine booking two separate trips for the same exact time?!"
Danielle didn't share any other details about what exactly brought her and her father together.
What happened between Danielle Cabral and her father?
When viewers met Danielle on Season 13 of RHONJ, she opened up about how she was close with both of her parents (who are divorced), but that she was estranged from her brother.
During the Season 13 reunion, Danielle shared that she had tried to offer an olive branch to her brother by sending a gift for his newborn daughter. However, she revealed, he "sent the gift back" to her and Nate.
On Season 14, Episode 2 of RHONJ, which aired in May 2024, Danielle shared that the gift actually caused a rift between her and her father.
"My mom and I are doing great but I stopped talking to my dad because he handled the gift situation with my brother not in the best way," she said in an interview on the episode. "I felt like in that moment — just for one moment — my father can say, 'He's an idiot and I'm sorry that he's doing this to you' But he's never stood up for me, and it might be harsh on my part to cut ties. I just need to start protecting myself."
Though Danielle was not speaking to her dad, her daughter Valentina, and her son Dominic were still seeing him (and they weren't aware of the feud). Nate was also in touch with Phillip.
"He still sees my kids, and he still talks to Nate," Danielle continued in the episode.
"That relationship I won't take away from them."
