DAYS Spoilers Video May 19–23: Bo Brady Wakes Up — As John Black Faces a Fiery, Final Fate?!

Here is your Days of our Lives spoilers video sneak peek for the week of May 19, 2025.

What to expect on Days of our Lives

It's the moment DAYS fans have been waiting two years for — or even 10 years. Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) are in the same room, and Bo is alive — but barely. Bo and Hope have hardly spent real moments together on-screen since 2012 when Bo went off on a mission, only to return in 2015 and promptly "die" from a brain tumor.

In 2022, we learned Bo had been cryogenically frozen, but Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) defrosted him, and he reunited with Hope for a few brief moments in 2023 before Shawn (Brandon Beemer) shot his dad and put him in a coma. Now, Bo is dying from sepsis in a Greek hospital. Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Hope are there by his side.

Hope will even remember Bo and Hope's 40th wedding anniversary on Friday, while what's happening in Salem could blow their mind.

John Black's last stand?

It looks like Marlena (Deidre Hall) gets John (the late Drake Hogestyn) home, but the first thing he does is enter Dr. Russell's (Michael Dietz) lab to try to save Bo. Unfortunately, there is a horrible explosion in the lab that puts everyone in danger and could delay getting the Versavix to Bo.

It will also bring Marlena heartache that she may not be able to endure. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) informs Marlena that John has been injured badly. After all Marlena did to bring John back to Salem, has he finally reached the end of the line, dying a hero?

About Bo's brothers...

Bo's two half-brothers via Victor Kiriakis (the late John Aniston) are also in a fight for the Versavix — and now it looks like it could be a fight to the death. Sarah's (Linsey Godfrey) worst fears have come true, and Xander's (Paul Telfer) proverbial gloves have come off. He beats Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) to within an inch of his life, reverting to form and possibly ruining his marriage.

Will Philip survive what Xander does to him? Can these brothers ever repair their relationship? It's a suspenseful week on Days of our Lives, all to save Bo Brady's life.
