Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy know a sense of humor is the key to a happy marriage.
The Dancing with the Stars alums, who married in 2017, showed off their comedic chops in a new Instagram video. Murgatroyd is shown watching a scene from Meet Bill, the 2007 flick starring Aaron Eckhart in which Jessica Alba licks a taste of food off a high school student's finger.
Inspired by the scene, Murgatroyd is shown using it as motivation to seduce her husband.
"Trying to seduce him," Murgatroyd captioned the video. "Accidentally seasoned myself with regret!"
Chmerkovskiy, who is pictured sitting on the couch reading Let Them, the latest book by self-help guru Mel Robbins, is shocked when his wife sits down with a container of yogurt, puts his finger in it, and proceeds to lick it off.
Cutting to another scene, Chmerkovskiy is shown drinking a cup of coffee while picking his nose with the same finger his wife licked the yogurt from. In another bit, he stood at the refrigerator with the same hand scratching his butt inside his shorts.
The video concludes with Murgatroyd sniffing her husband's finger and cringing in disgusting. However, the cringe-y moment goes both ways, as Chmerkovskiy also recognizes his not-so-sanitary move. Ah, marriage!
