Dark Horse Direct, in collaboration with Naughty Dog, is excited to unveil a new addition to their growing line of The Last of Us memorabilia, featuring detailed statues. The latest release captures Ellie and Joel during their exploration at the University of Eastern Colorado towards the conclusion of the first game.
This impressive statue is now open for preorders and is expected to be shipped in the second quarter of 2026.
Ellie is depicted riding on Callus, clad in her recognizable striped hoodie and backpack, adorned with her distinctive pins. The horse, Callus, is remarkably crafted, showcasing intricate details such as the aged saddle, the reins, and a ‘J’ branded on their leg representing Jackson County. Joel is portrayed walking next to them, equipped in his sturdy outfit, with a rifle in his hand and a pistol in his holster,” according to the official description.
The base of the statue also mirrors elements from the game, featuring weathered concrete steps and a spray-painted Fireflies symbol. Additional details such as fallen autumn leaves, moss, and emerging cordyceps at the base enhance its authenticity.
This exclusive statue is limited to only 1,000 pieces. It stands at 13 inches tall, 12 inches wide, and 12.75 inches deep. Priced at $350, it targets the more dedicated fans of The Last of Us, potentially reaching around $400 with shipping and taxes included. For those looking for a less pricey option, Dark Horse also offers individual bust statues of Ellie and Joel priced at $150 each, which are currently available for preorder.
In related news, HBO’s The Last of Us has just concluded its second season, with a third season set to premiere on an undetermined future date. Meanwhile, Naughty Dog is reportedly working on a highly secretive project, which might be The Last of Us Part 3.
