Farrah Aldjufrie’s Real Estate Salary is Revealed! Find Out the Buying Beverly Hills Star’s Yearly Income and How It Compares to the Casts of Selling Sunset and Million Dollar Listing: LA

Farrah Aldjufrie aka Farrah Brittany’s yearly realtor salary has been revealed.

After years of starring alongside her mom Kyle Richards, 55, and stepdad Mauricio Umansky, 54, on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and showcasing her real estate career on two seasons of Buying Beverly Hills, Farrah, 35, who Kyle shares with her ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, has made quite the name for herself in the industry — and has the income to prove it.

According to a deep dive into the salaries of Los Angeles real estate agents on television shared by Us Weekly on July 17, Farrah makes substantially more than the cast of Selling Sunset, landing in the fourth spot on their list of highest earners behind Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles cast members Josh Altman, 45, Josh Flagg, 38, and Tracy Tutor, 48.

As they discovered in their report, Farrah sold $129,104,750 in real estate from May 2023 to May 2024. Farrah and her firm, Mauricio’s The Agency, were then awarded an alleged 2.5 percent commission of $3,227,618. And, after a 70/30 broker split, it was stated that she walked away with annual earnings of $2,259,333.

As for the Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles cast, Flagg sold $303,000,000 worth of homes last year for an estimated annual commission of $7,575,000, taking home $6,438,750 after an 85/15 broker split; Tracy sold $35,465,500, taking home $797, 973 after a 90/10 broker split; And Altman sold $1,023,417,892, making $21,747,630 after a 85/15 broker split.

Earlier this year, during an interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Kyle opened up about her oldest daughters’ careers in real estate — and their roles on Buying Beverly Hills.

“They’re just so incredible, and they love working in real estate,” she said in February. “Obviously, reality television, they’ve grown up in it, but it’s very different when they’re the focus.”

In addition to Farrah, Alexia Umansky, 28, and Sophia Umansky, 24, Kyle and Mauricio’s oldest children together, also work with him at The Agency.

The first two seasons of Buying Beverly Hills are currently streaming on Netflix.
