At the swimming pool, Gio makes an effort to avoid Dante, but his birth father won’t be stopped.
The police officer has secured tickets for the philharmonic and inquires if he would like to come along with the family, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)
Remembering the moment he found out Dante was his birth father and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) his birth mother, he declines.
He remembers when he lost it on stage and broke his violin, mentioning he’d played there last year.
Gio responds that music isn’t his interest right now, and Dante suggests that he can invite someone else if he prefers; Gio simply walks away.

At the Quartermaine’s, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) tells Rocco and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) to stop teasing Brook Lynn; they’re frustrated about not being allowed to swim and joke around all day.
After the teens and Jason leave, she picks up her envelope and sighs, as the boys continue to chat with Jason about how boring Gio is and how nobody tips.
Dante joins them and suggests they go swim outside because they smell, then confesses to Jason that he misjudged him; he realizes that Jason has been trying to manage things with Danny.
It’s just not how he has dealt with Rocco-he understands he needs to be patient with Gio, which is challenging, and apologizes for being dismissive of Jason’s parenting style.
“No problem,” Jason replies, assuring Dante that Gio will figure things out eventually, he just needs to be patient.
Upstairs, Sasha is putting Daisy Gilmore-Corinthos (Levi Clark Coughlin) to bed; she then goes to the kitchen to join Felicia and shares that Daisy is everything she has ever wished for.
Felicia thinks Sasha is asking for help with the christening, and she expresses that Felicia has been a strong support, and it would mean a lot if she could be Daisy’s godmother.
Felicia feels honored and reminds her that they are family-Sasha confesses that she has never had a steady mother figure, but Felicia has been wonderful to her.
Sasha wants the same for her daughter, then decides to prepare tea, and realizes her ‘mom brain’ caused her to leave the milk in the cupboard.
She mentions how supportive everyone has been with the baby-Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) calls every day, while Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) does not call as often.

They continue to discuss the challenges Felicia faced with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), noting that it took quite a while for them to build a rapport.
Sasha confesses that her mother has made contact, then she reflects that she believes her mom did the best she could, considering her nature.
Felicia shares that being a parent instills humility and prompts a reassessment of one’s own parents.
Meanwhile, upstairs, someone enters Daisy’s room again and notices her fussing-it looks like they then leave the nursery.
Upon Sasha’s return, she finds the baby dressed in a different color and oriented the other way; how could this situation have occurred, did Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) change her onesie?
Back at the pool, Lucas encounters Lulu and quickly realizes she’s not happy about his meeting with Marco; she inquires about his relationship with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
He acknowledges their closeness but reassures her that he’s not worried. He believes Marco and his father are entirely different individuals-Lulu worries there might be criminal connections between them; he speculates Marco and Sidwell are similar to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Dante.
He feels Marco has given him no reason to distrust him and explains that it’s unfair to judge a child based on their parentage.
Lulu simply wants him to exercise caution; curious about Marco’s whereabouts, he decides to walk away.
Back at the Metro Court pool, a drunken man approaches Lulu and flirts with her, he proposes to buy her a drink-she declines his offer.
Gio steps in between them and tells the drunk to leave, and if he doesn’t there will be consequences. He warns that he will call security, prompting the drunk to stumble away, eventually falling into the pool.
After Gio rescues him, security escorts the man home and praises Gio for his efforts.
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn observes them as they dip their toes in the water and laugh, obviously enjoying each other’s company.
In Alexis’ office, Marco tells his mother that he doesn’t want to communicate with her except for discussing her case.
She reminds him that she gave him life, and that fact won’t change, even if they never meet again.
Natalia acknowledges that this might be their final encounter-he suspects she is leaving the country.
She is beginning a new life elsewhere-he assumes Sonny arranged this, and she confirms it; Marco believes Sonny will betray her, but she insists they are friends and he will assist her.
He thinks prison is the best she can expect, and argues about his setting up the plea deal, but she is sure Sonny will take care of her.
Marco continues to argue, telling Natalia not only will Sonny kill her, but he’ll also be in trouble over the agreement he made with Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).
Lucas bursts in; Marco tells his mother that if she goes, she will mean nothing to him; “I already am,” she replies, leaving and slamming the door.
Lucas prevents Marco from contacting the police; Marco explains that his mother made a deal with Turner-he needs to get her arrested so Sonny won’t kill her.
Lucas tells him he can’t call the police on his own mother and assures him that no one ever needs to find out about this-he will keep this secret.
Congressman Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) arrives at Wyndemere to meet Sidwell, who is reviewing surveillance photos of Sonny’s family-he shares that their talks fell apart and he’s frustrated.
Sidwell needs to give Sonny a reason to sell, which means he has to remind everyone that Sonny is a thug-Boyle wants no part in this. Sidwell doesn’t care and points out that he’s funding Boyle.
After Boyle departs, Natalia arrives and tells Sidwell that their son never wants to see her again; he assumes it’s her fault, he won’t help her out of any trouble.
She tells him to show he loves their son by keeping him out of his affairs- she leaves, he gazes at a photo of Sonny and then steps outside.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) visits Sonny to share some bad news regarding the christening; they need to hold it at the Quartermaine’s so Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) can attend.
He updates her on rejecting Sidwell’s proposal to purchase the piers-they are concerned that this won’t deter him and he might pose a real danger to the family.
Sonny offers her a drink and mentions that they haven’t discovered any link between Sidwell and the attacks against him.
He is resolved not to allow Sidwell to take anything from him-when she mentions Natalia, he reassures her that she won’t cause any issues for them.
They discuss Daisy and how wonderful Sasha is with the baby-she has united four families together-she’s a Corinthos, Quartermaine, Scorpio and Spencer hybrid.
Brook Lynn examines the documents Marco delivered earlier, which include Rocco’s two birth certificates—one for Rocco Falconeri and another for Ben Westbourne.
Suddenly, a memory surfaces of Lulu insisting that she never lies to her children.
Following this, Brook Lynn picks up the phone to contact the office, requesting the financial records for Deception from March before departing.
She inadvertently leaves a pile of papers behind including the file on Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) with the file marked “Rocco Falconeri” in it.
When Rocco and Danny enter, they discover the documents—Danny spots the file with Rocco’s name on it and passes it over; however, Rocco appears puzzled, as does Danny.
