General Hospital recap is finally in for Tuesday, August 12, 2025! Fans can expect Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to recognize Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Meanwhile, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) gets slapped, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) evicts Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
Vaughn’s Kiss
Josslyn wakes up as Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) is bringing her breakfast in bed. She grills him about letting her sleep in so late. The handler kisses her on the forehead, then goes to send the room service away.
Joss asks if the kiss was necessary, and he replies, “Absolutely.” He explains that they need to keep up their cover story. Vaughn suggests they take a romantic walk in the garden to look for things out of place.
Josslyn suggests they split up. Joss says there are no phones in the spa, and guests will have their guards down. Vaughn doesn’t think it will be that easy, but agrees to do it her way.
Britt Westbourne’s Reward
Britt lays by the pool staring at a photo of Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) with Liesl. Pascal (Marc Forget) approaches. The brunette earned her break. Pascal agrees, the work was very impressive.
As Josslyn flashes back to Vaughn, the handler deals with Britt at the pool. He sits down and takes his shirt off immediately. He makes up a story about real estate in the area.
They talk about the manager of the resort. Britt calls him useless. Then Vaughn asks Britt to show him around, but she comments on the wedding ring.
Is he happily married, Britt asks? Vaughn jokes about it being too soon to tell. Britt wonders how his wife would feel about her chatting with another woman.
A hotel employee tries to escort Joss, but she says there’s my husband! Vaughn doesn’t hear and Joss watches him interact with Britt. She’s jealous. Now Vaughn is offering to rub sunblock on Britt’s back. When Britt turns, Joss can’t believe her eyes!
Doggone Dilemma
As Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) and Rocco are talking about the dog, Liesl comes trotting in. She’s excited about the adorable little creature.
She stops to pet the dog just as Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) walks by the pool area. She almost steps forward, then changes her mind and goes the other way.
Gio’s break is about to end, so he has to go. Once he leaves, Rocco asks Liesl if Britt liked dogs.
Anna Devane Confronted
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) tries to reason with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) as she holds a glass of juice. Emma confronts her grandmother about canceling Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lecture.
Emma doesn’t understand why Anna is standing in her way. The commissioner is trying to save Emma from herself. Later, Gio warns Emma that Anna is a former spy, this plan is done. Emma disagrees.
Lucas Jones Slapped
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) gets off the elevator at the hospital and approaches Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) as she’s busy working.
She tries to get rid of him, but he keeps talking. Lucas interrupts and tells him to get lost. He has resources that she doesn’t. Willow doesn’t care and tries walking away, but he blocks her.
She tells him to stop pretending to be a good guy. The phone rings, Drew is notified that Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) is missing.
Willow’s head goes up in alarm when she overhears and Drew fills her in. Willow tries to reassure him but with distance while Lucas eavesdrops.
Afterward, Willow thanks Lucas. However, he calls the nurse out. Drew made a fool of her publicly, so why give him the time of day? Lucas says it seems really pathetic, and Willow does not deal with it well.
As they continue to debate about Drew and Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), Willow slaps him across the face. He actually gasps.
Lulu goes to see Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and urges her to evict Liesl from the Metro Court, today. The reporter updates Liesl and Rocco petting a dog.
Carly says sarcastically that’s terrible. Lulu continues ranting. Carly tries to talk Lulu down, but she keeps pushing. Carly agrees. After Lulu goes running out of the Metro Court, Carly notices Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) talking.
Danny Morgan’s Crime
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) asks what’s going on. Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) says he invited someone over and Scout goes up to hug the right-hand man.
Danny confesses that he took Scout. Scout misses everyone. Danny didn’t tell anyone, he just grabbed Scout and ran. Jason suggests calling Drew, but Scout tells him no. Scout doesn’t want to leave!
Back to Alexis, she needs an attorney that knows about grandparent’s rights. She needs an impartial lawyer, and tells Marco about Drew and her situation.
The lawyer agrees with Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) assessment. They know that Drew will likely win Scout back, and will come after Alexis with everything he’s got. Jason calls and urges her to get over there immediately.
Alexis shows up and Scout runs into her arms. Danny takes Scout to the stables so Jason and Alexis can talk. Jason explains.
Back to Alexis, she speaks to Scout privately. Why did she leave camp and why did she call Danny instead of Drew? Her dad knows but things always happen and Drew can never take her to see her family. Alexis offers to talk to Drew and hugs her.
Soon after, Drew shows up looking furious. He wants to press charges! He orders Danny to be arrested for kidnapping. Everyone is stunned and so is Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard)!
Meanwhile, Carly confronts Marco about Lucas. She just asks for complete honesty with Lucas, and he deserves that. Marco simply says understood and exits.
Outback’s New Home
Lulu returns and sees that Liesl is still with Rocco and the dog. She turns around and makes conversation with Anna and Chase. The detective exits, so Lulu sits down with Anna.
Now Lulu and Rocco are talking about the dog. He brings up Liesl wanting to take the dog, but she couldn’t. Lulu decides to suddenly allow the dog to live with them. This makes Rocco pretty happy.
Over with Liesl, she storms over to Carly and confronts her. Carly says that she’s being evicted because of toxic mold. Liesl warns her not to keep her apart from Rocco.
