Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Friday, April 18, 2025.
What to expect on General Hospital
Jason (Steve Burton) has been trying to do everything he can for Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and her baby, especially financially. However, she has rejected him at every turn, saying she wanted to be an independent woman and raise her baby without any help from anyone.
Well, Jason is about to learn that Sasha took some help from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) in the form of a quarter of a million dollars. All she had to do was tell Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and the Deception gang that she exaggerated when she said Sidwell kidnapped her and nearly killed her with a bomb.
Jason is furious when he discovers the truth and confronts Sasha, asking her why she cut a deal with a dangerous criminal while pregnant, when she won't take any money from him. Sasha feels she earned that money, as opposed to taking a handout. Will Jason see it that way?
Jordan's expected and unexpected offer
Jordan (Tanisha Harper) thinks her plan worked like a charm. Within minutes of her very public resignation as deputy mayor, Sidwell called and said they needed to chat. Jordan meets with Sidwell at Wyndemere, expecting that he will offer her the job as his lobbyist.
However, Jordan is taken aback when Sidwell has a different offer, and she wonders what exactly he wants her to do. Is Jordan getting in way too deep? Perhaps Sidwell is onto her.
A confession from Sonny
Carly (Laura Wright) chooses to do Felicia's (Kristina Wagner) bidding and invites Sonny (Maurice Benard) over for a little chat. She might not be able to convince him to let his piers go, but she does warn him to stay away from Laura (Genie Francis) for Laura's sake.
Sonny ends up confiding in Carly. Does he finally tell her that she has a heart condition and has to have surgery in California in just a few short weeks?
Meanwhile, Carly's daughter Josslyn (Eden McCoy) has another intriguing encounter with Emma (Braedyn Bruner) in which both girls try to outwit each other. Are they both hiding the exact same secret?
