Katie Ginella is earning every ounce of her first full-time orange on the Real Housewives of Orange County. Brought on by Gina Kirschenheiter, Katie is already calling out this series’ most untouchable woman, Heather Dubrow. My queen Sutton Stracke warned Katie not to go there, but there Katie went, calling Heather out because her paycheck depended on it. However, Gina is now losing trust in Katie, as her antics are impacting Gina’a friendships.

Gina no longer has “a hundred percent trust” in Katie
Gina is friends with Katie. She is also friends with Heather. Yet, these two are at odds, leaving Gina stuck in a weird place with both of her buddies. Cue every woman’s memories of middle or high school, or heck, even now, because some ladies never really learned how to let the mouse go.
In an interview with US Weekly, Gina explained she has “a friendship with Katie at this point,” but she does not “have a hundred percent trust. I think Katie knows that and understands that,” Gina added. However, Gina is not walking away from Katie, as she does not “throw ” her friendships away. Instead, Gina wants to “work through” her issues with Katie.
On Katie’s calling out of Heather’s alleged Disney paparazzi photoshoot lies, Gina admits, “It’s so hard to watch … “I’m like, ‘You’re barking up a redwood here.’ It was ambitious of her [and I] give her credit for that. But, it also was hard because they were both my friends.”
Gina also stressed that “it’s really hard to come into this group of friends and acclimate and find your footing. So she grants “grace [to Katie] there, for now. However, “There are [also] certain decisions that Katie made that were very surprising to” Gina, and these decisions “didn’t bode well with her.“
Moving forward, Gina is “interested to watch” this season play out “and see what was actually happening when she wasn’t there.” Because “To this day, some of it” Gina “still simply doesn’t understand.”
