Holly Madison and Zak Bagans have broken up — again.
The “Ghost Adventures” host confirmed to TMZ Wednesday that he is “moving on” from his on-again, off-again relationship with the “Girls Next Door” alum.
“I won’t get into the details, but I’ll just say we have shared so many great memories and fun times,” the paranormal investigator, 47, told the outlet. “I’ll always have love in my heart for her and wish the very best for her.”
Bagans, who did not specify when exactly he and Madison called it quits, clarified that he is “dating now and moving on.”
Madison’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The model’s love story with Bagans began in May 2019, but the couple broke things off nearly two years later.
However, they got back together in 2023.
The following year, Madison, 45, spoke to People about her connection with Bagans improving after her autism diagnosis.
“I can recognize how I operate the way I do, why I operate the way I do, how I relate to people,” she said. “I feel like it’s helped my social skills just knowing that.”
Madison acknowledged that her then-partner was not “super shocked” by the news.
“I’m lucky enough to be dating somebody who just has always kind of understood me and accepts me for who I am,” the former reality star said. “I am lucky that I haven’t had a ton of trouble in recent relationships as far as feeling an intimate emotional connection with somebody.”
Before her romance with Bagans, Madison was married to Pasquale Rotella.
The former couple, who split in 2018, welcomed daughter Rainbow, 12, and son Forest, 8, during their time together.
Her dating history also includes Hugh Hefner, whom she was involved with from 2001 to 2008 and subsequently accused of emotional and sexual abuse.
Madison waited years to react to the Playboy founder’s 2017 death, eventually telling People she didn’t have “any emotional attachment” to the 91-year-old prior to his passing.
“I felt like I had taken myself kind of out of that universe pretty solidly,” she told the outlet in a November 2023 interview. “There had been maybe five or six years where I just had not spoken to him at all.”
