Teddi Mellencamp addressed claims of an affair with her horse trainer, Simon Schroeder, on her and Tamra Judge‘s shared podcast, Two Ts in a Pod, on Thursday.
As a new report suggested Edwin Arroyave, 47, suspected Teddi, 43, was cheating on him with Kyle Richards, 55, before learning about Simon, and as Teddi was seen with Simon in a resurfaced clip from a horse show, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum refused to “confirm or deny” the affair.
“There’s multiple sides to every story. I’m not going to confirm or deny anything, but there’s many people involved, and I once again say the same statement I said before: The kids, they are the priority. And so for the time being that’s all I’m going to discuss on this,” she stated, via a clip shared by Vanderpod Recaps on Instagram.
As RHOBH fans have likely seen, Teddi was accused of cheating on Edwin with Simon, who is married to Karli Postel, for months, even during Karli’s pregnancy. However, amid the affair, Edwin was said to be completely in the dark.
“Edwin was concerned over Teddi and Kyle’s friendship getting more flirtatious over the last 12 months. They were getting closer than he was comfortable with,” a source shared with The Zone on Instagram. “He saw it first hand. He really thought there was something going on between them but he was shocked to find out she was cheating with a horse trainer instead.”
Also on Thursday, Bravo Snark Side on Instagram shared a screenshot of a resurfaced clip of Teddi and Simon at a horse show.
Just before the cheating scandal broke, Teddi and Edwin were photographed outside of their Los Angeles home on Tuesday.
In photos shared on November 13 by TMZ, Teddi was seen looking somber in tan loungewear and a Los Angeles Dodgers hat as she waited for someone to pick her up. As she stood with a large suitcase and a bag on her shoulder, Edwin wrapped his arm around her shoulder and kissed the side of her head.
According to TMZ, Teddi and Edwin still live together at their marital home and are getting along for the sake of their three kids, son Cruz, 10, and daughters Slate, 12, and Dove, 4. But judging by the size of Teddi’s suitcase, she seems to be headed elsewhere for the time being.
Teddi Mellencamp was featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from season eight through season 10.
