Is Kenya Moore’s Hair Spa Still Open? RHOA Alum Speaks Out After Fans Claim Lack of Activity and Cite Shut Down Website

Kenya Moore‘s last several months have been interesting, to say the least. Not only was she essentially kicked off The Real Housewives of Atlanta for her revenge plot against Brittany “Brit” Eady, but now fans are wondering if her hair salon is open or if it’s just another She By Shereé situation.

As everyone knows, Kenya has said quite a bit about her hair salon. She spoke openly in 2023 during an interview with Carlos King in which she stated that Bravo filmed for season 15 at the location but scrapped the footage. Since then, they filmed a soft opening there last year, but that ended with her exposing explicit images of Brit, which put an end to her season 16 run.

A Reddit poster named JourneysUnleashed recently took to the platform to inquire about the status of Kenya Moore Hair Spa.

They claimed in their post, “I pass by Kenya’s hair spa all the time, and it is literally never open. Only times I’ve seen it in use is when she has private hair appointments or filming for the show. I even have passed by during the opening hours, and I have never seen it open fully and operating. This doesn’t seem like it generates enough business to at least pay the rent of the place.”

They added, “So what is the point of the physical location? Is it just another way to promote herself or is it a failed business like She by Shereé?”

The speculation about the potentially ill-fated salon doesn’t stop there. Another person also took to the r/RHOA subreddit page to allege, “I don’t think Kenya’s hair salon is even real. Her hair salon is inactive/non-compliance, and [the] Shopify website doesn’t exist anymore.”

They then claimed, “Last time I went there, the door had padlocks and it was empty. Talking about insurance fraud how when your hair salon is almost nonexistent, is a choice.” They also included an image of the inactive Shopify website.

Additionally, Kenya recently responded to a comment on the Housewives of ATL page on Instagram. Luckily, Mad Beefs on X captured the interaction. The fans said, “I’m here in Atlanta and wanted to go to her salon. It’s open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. WTF! How you gonna make money!??”

Kenya’s response reads, “We are open other days by appointments only. Thanks!”

It’s important to note that the Shopify page also functions as the official website for the business, which means the hair spa doesn’t currently have one. This is a telltale sign that a store either isn’t open or is struggling. Still, the official Instagram page for the spa has recent posts with alleged clients. Readers should also know that calling the number listed on the Google page for Kenya’s hair salon leads to a message that says it’s not in service at this time.
