The topic of Teresa and Luis’ potential divorce is making the rounds on social media, due to comments recently made by a Beverly Hills attorney.
Speaking to The US Sun, attorney Adam Michael Sacks said that a hypothetical divorce for the RHONJ couple would be a “mess.” This due to a lack of a prenup.
“Husband and wife are 50/50 partners. If you have a debt, that could be half yours and half his,” Adam explained, amid Teresa and Luis’ tax struggles.
It’s worth noting that this Beverly Hills attorney has never worked with Teresa or Luis. So, this was all a bunch of chit-chat over nothing specifically. Teresa and Luis still appear to be growing strong, only showing love for one another when speaking about their marriage. The love bubble is intact.
Sadly, their financial woes continue. Luis owes over $2.5 million to the tax man, with Teresa also being recently slapped with a six-figure tax lien of her own.
