ITV's Britain's Got Talent winner Harry Moulding reveals incredible link to King Charles

Britain's Got Talent winner Harry Moulding lifted the lid on his secret link to King Charles during an appearance on ITV's Lorraine

Magician Harry Moulding was crowned as the winner of ITV's Britain's Got Talent 2025 as he fended off some stiff competition with an epic performance that saw him lunge himself from an airplane.

The dare-devil moment proved to be popular with viewers who all voted for Harry to take the crown during a close final at the weekend.

Appearing on ITV's Lorraine on Monday, June 2, Harry joined host Ranvir Singh on ITV's Lorraine, to discuss the whirlwind he'd been on since taking the 2025 title and his hopes for his Royal Variety performance infront of King Charles and other Royal Family members.

Ranvir was keen to understand if Harry already had a routine lined up for the King, when their incredible link and love of magic was revealed on-air.

Harry unveiled that he and King Charles were both already members of the Magic Circle - a famous magic society.

The BGT winner, who is now age 24, first kicked off his passion for magic when he was just ten, joining the Magic Circle nine years later - a society that King Charles was already apart of when he joined.

Speaking about his ambitions for the Royal Variety Performance, Harry revealed: "King Charles is a member of the Magic Circle, the inner Magic Circle as well, he auditioned performing the oldest trick in magic, the cups and balls so he is actually a magician himself."

He added: "I'd just love the opportunity to meet him and maybe even involve him in the act, who knows."

The Blackpool star was also keen to thank guest judge and rapper KSI, who fast tracked him straight to the final by pressing his golden buzzer during the semi-final heats.

Interrupting the chat, Harry told the host: "I had to thank KSI because if he hadn't pressed his golden buzzer last week then who knows."

It was confirmed over the weekend that Harry swooped up the majority of votes over his 10 fellow semi-finalists on Saturday's programme, with the magician beating gymnast Binita who came in at third, and The Blackouts who placed second.

Despite Harry's victory, not everyone was happy with the final result as some fans claimed runner-up Blackouts had been "robbed".

One fan said: "Blackouts have been robbed #bgt," as another agreed: "#theblackouts have been robbed, they were in my humble opinion the best act of the night. #BGTFinal #bgt."

A third viewers shared the same sentiment, adding: "Sorry but The Blackouts were well and truly robbed tonight!! #TheBlackouts #BGT."

Other users also aired: "The blackouts were INCREDIBLE!! They should of won! #bgt," and: "Nah sorry but #blackouts and #JasmineRice were robbed, easily the best of the night #BGTFinal."

In a chat with hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly after he'd been confirmed as the 2025 BGT winner, Harry said: "I can't believe what is going on, thank you everyone so, so much. I genuinely feel like everyone has been behind me, this has been the most incredible journey, thank you!"

Britain's Got Talent is still available to stream on ITVX.
